Welcome to Villa Kamik.
Villa Kamik is an original Istrian stone house over 120 years old.
The house was completely renovated in 2023. During the renovation, we paid attention to a lot of details and it was decorated as for our family. With every detail, we tried to make the house like a second home.
Our wish is that in it you feel as if you are in your second home.
The house and the pool are in the natural environment of old stone walls that give you complete privacy so you can relax carefree. It is ideally located in the center of Istria. It takes 30-40 minutes to drive anywhere in Istria.
Swimming pool, summer kitchen, grill, outdoor lounge furniture, two terraces... everything is there for an ideal holiday.

| When booking through our website, a deposit of 30% of the accommodation price is required. The remaining amount must be paid at least 14 days before arrival. |

| Final cleaning, water, electricity, bed linen and tourist tax are already included in the price. |
| A deposit of 400 euros is payable in cash upon arrival. This amount will be refunded when you leave the villa, if no damage has been caused. |
| For cancellations at least 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be refunded. |
